We were given a room on the 5th floor and when we opened the door the smoke smell was overwhelming and probably the worse I’d ever experienced and after having traveled in 42 countries I have a little bit of experience.
Hotels need to be no smoking, period! We usually stay in Hilton properties which are all no smoking so rarely run into a problem where the previous residents smoked in the room.
